Hello Super App (HSA)

1. Service Agreement

By using the Hello Super App (HSA) platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. HSA acts as a marketplace connecting customers with independent laundry service providers ('Shops'). HSA is not the service provider — we facilitate the transaction, handle payment escrow, and coordinate logistics. Your use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days' notice via the app.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Cambodian Riel (៛) and are set by individual Shops. HSA charges a service fee included in the displayed price. Payment methods include KHQR, Visa/Mastercard, cash on delivery, and Sleung Coin redemption. All electronic payments are processed through our escrow system — funds are held until 48 hours after confirmed delivery, then released to the Shop. Refunds are issued from escrow in case of valid complaints. Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) is available for Platinum tier members and above, subject to per-order limits.

3. Pickup & Delivery

HSA coordinates pickup and delivery through our logistics network. Standard delivery takes 24–48 hours depending on the service type. Express delivery (6–12 hours) is available at select Shops for an additional fee. Delivery fees range from ៛5,000 to ៛9,000 based on zone distance, with express charged at 2x standard rate. You must ensure someone is available at the specified address during the delivery window. Failed delivery attempts may incur re-delivery charges.

4. Garment Care

Shops exercise professional care in handling your garments. However, certain items may carry inherent risks (delicate fabrics, embellishments, colour bleeding). You are responsible for removing valuables from pockets and flagging special care instructions at the time of order. HSA and partner Shops are not liable for damage to items not disclosed as requiring special care, pre-existing damage, or normal wear and tear. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Liability

HSA's total liability for any single order shall not exceed the order value paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of loss or damage attributable to the Shop or logistics partner, compensation is calculated based on fair market value of the item, up to a maximum of ៛200,000 per item unless premium garment protection was purchased. Force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics) excuse performance delays.

6. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services: name, phone number, delivery addresses, order history, and payment information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
